OUR RETURN POLICY: IT’S REALLY SIMPLE!

At Micronova we believe in customer satisfaction. We follow the best industry practices and we are collaborated with the best delivery partners for delivering your orders. You order from us and get into the chill mode. If you are not satisfied with the product we are there for you.

We accept your returns in the following cases:

1. Received the product in a damaged/defective condition
2. The product is not functioning as per requirement
3. A mismatch between ordered and delivered product
4. Missing parts/accessories
5. The product received is different from its description on the Website’s Product detailed page

Return policy is not applicable in case of

1. Value-added products/Tailor-made products
2. If the product ordered by you is no longer needed
3. If the product is marked “Non-Returnable” on the product detail page

Guidelines:

1. In case of returns, the issues need to be clearly defined over an email and sent to digitalsales@micronovaimpex.com within 7 days from the date of material receipt.
2. Returns will be accepted against our generated ticket number and necessary procedures will be done by referring to the same number.
3. The status of the returns will be communicated to the customer within 2-3 working days.
4. Products covered under the return policy will be repaired and replaced as per the warranty terms.
5. Damaged cases will be handled separately against the ticket number.
6. These return policies are applicable to online purchases only.

In the case of prepaid orders, applicable freight, handling, and gateway charges will be deducted.

1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Free replacement will be provided within 7 days if the product is delivered in defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item.
3. Customers need to provide all the accessories/products in the original packed condition. The invoice and other documents related to the product need to be kept in the return package.

We will verify all the details that were mentioned by you during the return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment which shall be credited as per your bank’s policy.
